These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the big4d platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before using our services.
The following terms, wherever used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
To register and maintain an Account on the big4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:
big4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant Account, including the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and, where fraud is identified, the withholding of real-money balances pending investigation.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the big4d Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or overlapping Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, big4d reserves the right to close all but one Account at its sole discretion and to void any bets, winnings, or bonus credits associated with the duplicate Account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age restriction — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. big4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify big4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
big4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any time big4d considers it necessary for compliance purposes, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so may result in your withdrawal being held and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, Account suspension.
big4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP bank transfers; and the OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallet services. big4d does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign bank transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. big4d does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which big4d accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes for bank transfer and e-wallet channels, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:
Withdrawals must, wherever technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. If this is not technically possible, big4d will request documentary verification of the alternative payment method prior to processing.
big4d maintains a strict anti-money-laundering policy. We reserve the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal that exceeds certain threshold amounts or that triggers our internal risk-monitoring systems. Players are prohibited from using the Platform to transfer, launder, or conceal funds of illicit origin. Any Account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately and referred to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free credit offers, matched deposit promotions, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by big4d are subject to this Clause 5 and to any additional specific terms communicated at the point the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between this Clause 5 and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are not immediately withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance, the Player must complete a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms for each bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses on the big4d Platform is 20× (twenty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unconverted Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
Not all games on the big4d Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
big4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close an Account without notice, where it identifies or reasonably suspects any of the following: bonus stacking (claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously in a manner not permitted by promotion terms); matched betting or arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; use of automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements; collusion with other Players; or any other activity that big4d determines constitutes abuse of its promotional offering.
All sports bets placed through the big4d Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event that a match or event is suspended, abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, big4d's posted rules for that sport will govern whether bets are settled, voided, or carried forward. big4d's settlement decisions are final. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be resolved for a payout to occur; any voided selection will reduce the accumulator by that leg rather than voiding the entire bet, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
All casino table games, live dealer games, and slot titles operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided and maintained by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). big4d does not control the RNG outcomes of third-party studio games; however, all studios integrated on the Platform are independently certified for fairness. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, big4d reserves the right to void and reverse the affected transaction.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the big4d Platform are conducted at published draw times. Results are sourced from verified draw providers. In the event of a disputed result, the official draw provider's output shall be definitive. Togel tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
Capsa Susun and Poker games on the big4d Platform are played against other Players, not against the house. A rake or commission fee, the applicable rate of which is published within the relevant game lobby, is deducted by big4d from each pot or buy-in as compensation for facilitating the game. big4d does not participate as a Player in any Capsa Susun or Poker game.
big4d is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling. Upon permanent Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided that KYC verification has been completed and no fraud investigation is ongoing. big4d is not obligated to return Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds where the Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.
A Player who wishes to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
All content on the big4d Platform — including but not limited to the big4d brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, odds algorithms, and game interfaces developed by big4d — is the exclusive intellectual property of big4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, scraped, framed, mirrored, or incorporated into any other website or application without big4d's prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to big4d for display on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, big4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which big4d is incorporated and licensed to operate, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the Player's country of residence.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to notify big4d in writing of your complaint at [email protected] and to allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for big4d to investigate and respond. big4d aims to resolve all Player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence within the thirty-day period, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
big4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, big4d will provide advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.
Your continued use of the big4d Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support prior to the amendment's effective date.
